Delivery time:

For domestic shipments, if your item is shipped via USPS, expect to receive the package within 2-3 days after you receive the shipping notification email; if your item is shipped via UPS, you will receive the package within 2-7 days after you receive the shipping notification email.

For overseas shipments, due to customs inspection, it will take up to 2-3 weeks to receive package after you are sent the shipping notification email.

Return Policy: The customer must email us first to obtain return authorization and instructions to most efficiently handle the return situation.
